Terms
Terms of use
These terms govern use of the Cobra Yachts Canada website.
1. Website use
You may browse the website for personal, non-commercial purposes to explore our boats and contact our team. Abuse, unauthorized access attempts, disruption of the service and transmission of malicious content are prohibited.
2. Intellectual property
The website's text, photographs, videos, logos and other materials are protected by the intellectual property rights of Cobra Yachts Canada, its partners or their respective owners. Their display on the website does not transfer any rights. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires authorization from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
3. Information and website availability
We work to provide accurate, current information. Specifications, equipment, illustrations, prices and availability may nevertheless change or contain an error. Please confirm essential details and the items included in a quotation with our team. The website may be modified or temporarily interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.
External links are provided for reference; the services they lead to are managed by their respective operators. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory rights, including consumer protection rights.
4. Enquiries, quotations and services
A contact form, quotation request or model alert subscription does not constitute an accepted order, reservation or sales contract. Each project must be confirmed with our team. The final price, taxes, fees, options, payment arrangements and delivery terms are set out in the applicable contractual documents before any commitment.
The configurator displays only the Canadian-dollar base price, including the largest engine and transport, excluding other options. Cobra Yachts Canada provides option pricing and the complete quotation in reply to your request. The website does not calculate a final total. Taxes, applicable fees, availability and compatibility are confirmed in the written quotation.
5. Personal information
Our privacy policy describes how information submitted through this website is collected and used. Promotional subscriptions are a separate choice and consent can be withdrawn.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website evolves. The published version applies to use of the website from its publication, subject to applicable legal requirements. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing sales contract.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec, subject to mandatory rules that may allow you to bring proceedings elsewhere or benefit from protections in your place of residence.
